At NanoTreat, your satisfaction is important to us. 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance, or special offers (unless the item is defective).

Online Orders Only

  • This Return & Exchange Policy applies only to products purchased through the official NanoTreat website.

  • Products purchased from pharmacies, retail stores, or third-party sellers must be returned or exchanged directly through the place of purchase and are subject to their own policies.

Return & Exchange Process

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted online.

  • Once your request is approved:

    • The item will be scheduled for pickup within 48–72 hours.

    • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection approval.

  • The refund will be completed within up to 14 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to approved returns or exchanges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • NanoTreat reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange based on product condition.

  • Any item that does not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer.
